Seasonal fruits + nuts homemade yogurt

The healthy foods I eat every day are seasonal fruits, nuts, and homemade yogurt. I usually don't like dairy products, but I started making it thinking it might help with constipation. It turned out to be great because I can enjoy the taste, nutrition, and fullness all at once. And it helped me get rid of constipation too ^^

Fermented dairy products <such as store-bought yogurt> can be added to milk and fermented at room temperature for about a day to make soft yogurt!
