My finger joint hurts.
It's not severe pain, just a dull, aching sensation.
Maybe it's because I type on the keyboard a lot.
It's not like I press the keyboard hard, but I wonder if it's because of the keyboard.
I went to the pain management department, and they said there was nothing wrong and gave me paraffin, but I wasn't sure if it was actually making it softer afterward.
Would finger stretching or muscle exercises be helpful?
