저도 비염 있어서 공감가네요 일단 비염은 습도도 중요해서 습도 맞춰주세요. 가습기나 제습기 사용하시구요. 그래야 비염이 심해지지 않더라구요. 코가 시려우면 비염 더 심해지니 코와 입이 따뜻하게 될수 있도록 온도 신경쓰는게 좋구요. 그리고 홍삼이 체질에 맞다면 면역력 강화 위해 홍삼 드셔보세요
Question) How can I get rid of a summer cold and stay healthy?
Every summer, I catch a really bad cold. This summer, I'm having a really hard time because of a cold.
When the outside temperature and the inside temperature are slightly different, such as when the daytime temperature is usually hot and then suddenly drops due to cloud cover, it also causes changes in body temperature.
Then, suddenly, it got cold and I started to feel dizzy and like I was catching a summer cold.
I feel like I'm getting body aches and pains as my body gets colder. Sometimes my rhinitis gets so bad that my nose starts to run.
I don't usually do much outdoor activities, so I think it's a symptom of poor condition. If you could tell me a good way to deal with a summer cold in a healthy and smart way, I would be grateful.
