I would like to provide information about warning signs of a stroke.
Several years ago, I suffered from a stroke, specifically a cerebral infarction. I had almost no warning signs or prodromal symptoms. I was not under stress nor was I tired. However, a few years before I collapsed due to the cerebral infarction, I experienced dizziness two or three times a year, and there were moments when my head felt numb or foggy. At the time, I dismissed these symptoms as minor, but now, upon reflection, I believe they were warning signs of a stroke. Fortunately, I felt a different sensation than usual, which prompted me to call 119. While talking on the phone, I collapsed and was able to get to the hospital within five minutes. I am now fully recovered and maintaining a normal life, but...
I feel terrible hearing that she was kept in a hypothermic state in the intensive care unit for about a month before waking up. After waking up, she underwent about a year of rehabilitation at a rehab hospital, and now she is living a life almost indistinguishable from that of a normal person, so she feels grateful to those around her, especially the 119 rescue workers.

At the rehabilitation hospital, I often see that more than half of the stroke patients who have undergone brain surgery experience postoperative complications that cause their mental state to fluctuate, which makes me realize once again how truly frightening a stroke can be.
Now, I walk for about two hours every day and control my diet, so I don't maintain an abnormal weight but keep a normal weight in the early 70s kilograms, which makes my body feel light and good.
