Eating breakfast today too (feat. benefits of granola)
This morning, I had breakfast with a protein shake, Greek yogurt, granola, fruit, and a cup of coffee.
Usually, you can't eat it all at once like this.
Remaining fruit half and protein shake are eaten while sitting at the office desk haha
Still, if I eat a hearty breakfast in the morning, I definitely don't overeat at lunch, which is good.
These days, I sprinkle granola on Greek yogurt and eat it.
So today, I will look into the benefits of granola.
What is granola?
It's a type of cereal made by baking oats, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds with added sweeteners like spices, sugar, or honey.
It is rich in various vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, including protein and dietary fiber.
In particular, oats, the main ingredient of granola, contain a variety of nutrients compared to white rice or brown rice.

Wow... the benefits of granola are really diverse and amazing.
But side effects are also inevitable!
Because whole grains are used, the calorie content is relatively high.
If the sugar content, such as in sugar, is high, excessive intake can lead to weight gain and increase the risk of diabetes and vascular diseases.
Since it may be exposed, check the intake amount and avoid excessive consumption.
Anything in excess is harmful!

Everyone, have a healthy breakfast ^^
