Exercises that can increase muscle strength should be combined with a healthy diet to be effective.

When dieting, both fat and muscle tend to be lost together.

Cardio is important, but if you don't do strength training, your skin will sag.

You can easily do muscle exercises at home using dumbbells or a Pilates ring.

For someone like me with weak willpower, going to the gym is the fastest way.

Equipment exercises are preferred because they are less likely to cause injury or improper posture compared to bodyweight exercises.
