I cured my insomnia by improving my lifestyle and taking nutritional supplements.
For several months, I've been having trouble sleeping at night, averaging less than four hours a night. This has made life exhausting and difficult. So, to treat my insomnia, I looked for a sleep-inducing supplement, bought it, and started taking it. I also changed my meal and bedtime schedules and started exercising. After several months of dedicated efforts to combat my insomnia, I've recently been sleeping significantly better and am able to lead a more normal life.

I was under so much stress every day from work that I rarely had a chance to relax, so I drank a lot of coffee and smoked a lot. So, I started having trouble sleeping at night, and no matter how hard I tried, it just wouldn't work.
So I was thinking about going to the hospital for insomnia treatment, but I didn't think the symptoms were severe enough or long-lasting enough to warrant going to the hospital, so I decided to try what I could do on my own to treat my insomnia.
First, I looked for, purchased, and took nutritional supplements that could help treat insomnia. I purchased and took melatonin and L-theanine supplements. Melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep rhythms and can help treat insomnia by inducing sleep and improving sleep quality.
And L-theanine is an amino acid that can help relieve insomnia, stabilize the mind and body, and reduce stress. It has a positive effect on relieving anxiety and promoting deep sleep, so it is said to be helpful in treating insomnia.
So, to treat my insomnia, I took two nutritional supplements every day.
To treat my insomnia, I set dinner at 6 p.m., walk for about an hour every day, and go to bed between 10 and 10:30 p.m. After taking nutritional supplements and improving my lifestyle for several months, I'm now getting about seven hours of sleep a night, which seems to have somewhat improved my insomnia.
