I was worried because I experienced symptoms like my heart pounding for no reason or my heartbeat suddenly speeding up.
It seems like I have arrhythmia symptoms, so I received treatment and corrected the cause of the arrhythmia, and my symptoms have improved significantly.

Symptoms of arrhythmia usually include mild palpitations, and can also involve shortness of breath, dizziness, and in severe cases, fainting, so I was worried.

I received medical treatment because I was worried, but fortunately, they said there was no major problem.

I didn't receive a separate prescription for medication.
I consulted about whether there were any lifestyle habits or factors that usually trigger arrhythmia.

They say that correcting the cause is the most important treatment for arrhythmia.

 

First, smoking and drinking are the root causes of all diseases.
I don't smoke, but I do drink occasionally.
I don't drink alcohol often, but when I do, I tend to drink a lot, so I thought I should reduce excessive drinking.


Secondly, caffeine intake is also said to be not good for arrhythmia.
I drink coffee almost every day.
I usually drink 2-3 glasses a day, and I tend to drink quite a lot overall.
But on days when I drank a lot of coffee like this, I felt very uncomfortable and had an upset stomach.
There were times when breathing was a bit difficult.
I couldn't work due to the feeling of chest tightness, and eventually I had to leave work early or leave the office.
It was all because of caffeine.
So, I practiced reducing caffeine intake.


And the third most important exercise.
Regular exercise can help improve arrhythmia.
Actually, I haven't been exercising much.
After experiencing the early symptoms of arrhythmia, I realized the importance of exercise.


Fourth, stress management is also important.
Stress can also be a cause of arrhythmia.
While it may not be possible to completely avoid stress, managing it and reducing it as much as possible is really important.

    저도 심각하지는 않지만 부정맥 증상이 살짝 있어요... 
    조금 걱정스러운 일이 있거나 스트레스 받으면 심박이 빨라지고 숨이 잘 안쉬어지며 흉통이 있더라구요. 그럴 땐 얼른 어디라도 찾아서 눕기도 하고 물을 천천히 마시며 릴렉스 하려고 노력합니다.
