Since I usually enjoy exercising, I focused on workouts when I was dieting!
But what I've recently realized is that diet accounts for 80% when losing weight 😥
As someone who loves eating and especially snacking, it's really such a difficult thing!
So, I decided to make my own healthy snack!
It's overnight oatmeal! Shortened to Onao!
There are ingredients that are essential in Onao~
This is allulose, as some of you may know!😊
A sugar substitute with a honey-like texture, less sweet than honey, suitable for people on a diet.
It is an indispensable presence that makes you feel a sufficiently sweet taste!
I'll explain how to make my own O-nao!
Chocolate Onau Recipe
Materials: storage container, allulose, nuts, cocoa powder, plain yogurt, oatmeal
- Put five spoonfuls of oatmeal into the storage container.
- Add 100g of plain yogurt
- Add nuts to your liking (if you prefer a crunchy texture, I recommend adding them after aging!).
- Add 3 to 4 grams of cocoa powder.
- Finally, add one spoonful of allulose (since it's sweetened by cocoa powder, adding more may make it too sweet 😉).
- Stir and mix everything together (especially when cocoa powder clumps, it affects the taste, so please mix well evenly).
- After aging in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, mix and eat!
I secretly felt reassured, so I made it the night before at dawn.
I recommend having it for breakfast the next morning!
If you don't like sweet things, you can omit the cocoa powder and still enjoy it 😊
