Onion

A little garlic

Balsamic sauce

Lemon juice

Blanched tomatoes have their skins easily peeled off when immediately soaked in cold water.

If you find it difficult to obtain basil or if there is no basil,
You can substitute with perilla leaves.
The scent of perilla leaves also goes really well with tomato marinade.
 
Actually, I also make and eat it more often with perilla leaves.
It's easy to find and delicious!
Of course, it's still delicious without basil or perilla leaves.
 
If you like sweet things
You can also use stevia cherry tomatoes.
However, when you do it, it's better to use slightly firmer flesh.
That way, you'll have a chewy texture and it will be easier for you to cook.
 
If you make a large amount all at once,
Eat it cold as a salad, or as a side dish with rice.
If you have spaghetti noodles, you can also enjoy them with spaghetti sauce.
