  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder (10g)

 

How to make it

  • Squeeze the juice of two oranges, then put it in a blender with blueberries, tofu, and ginger powder.
  • It will take a few minutes until it blends well.

  • A handful of parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Two unripe apples
  • 1/2 cup of water (100ml)

  • After washing all the ingredients thoroughly, cut the apples and remove the seeds.
  • Put everything into the blender and blend for a few minutes.
  • If the drink is well mixed, drink it slowly on an empty stomach if possible.

5. Banana, apple, and cabbage juice

  • Add half a liter of cabbage and water.
  • It goes on for a few minutes until it mixes well into one.
  • I drink this juice once or twice a day.
