Since then, I started to suffer greatly from a herniated disc in my lower back.

So I steadily kept walking 10,000 steps.

Among them, I heard that releasing the muscles in the lower back with a foam roller is really important.

Therefore, using a good foam roller for herniated disc treatment and focusing on walking initially was important for gradually healing the herniated disc!

 

And no matter how well you treat a herniated disc, if you do not maintain proper posture, the herniated disc will eventually rupture and become more misaligned.

Therefore, it is really important to always tighten your waist and maintain proper posture!

The biggest cause of herniated discs is often said to be due to poor posture.

 

And, for those who work sitting down, it is really important for the treatment of herniated discs to stand up and stretch regularly every 40 to 50 minutes!

If the herniated disc in your lower back is really serious, surgery is necessary, but if not, consistent non-surgical efforts can lead to recovery. Let's work together and stay strong.
