A review of treating knee pain with stretching and nutritional supplements.

Suddenly, I started experiencing knee pain after walking and exercising a lot. It got worse, and even walking a little bit would hurt, so I started trying to treat the pain. The pain was making everyday life very difficult, so I started stretching and taking nutritional supplements to help with the pain, and it went away.

First, to treat my knee pain, I consistently took health functional foods that were said to relieve knee pain. Among the products that people commonly take, I took glucosamine and chondroitin products. Glucosamine Main components of cartilage by Glucosamine sulfate is effective in preventing cartilage damage caused by arthritis. There are many research results called this. And chondroitin too. It is a component of cartilage. I took it because they said it was better when taken with glucosamine. I took Chong Kun Dang N-acetyl Glucosamine and Chondroitin 1200 every day, and my knees were fine. It was nice to have the pain and stiffness in my joints gone.

 

Next, I started swimming to treat my knee pain, which doesn't put any strain on my knees. I exercised regularly and never overdid it, as gaining weight can put a strain on your knees and worsen the pain. I treated my knee pain with several stretches that I could do at home. These included leg raises and I did a lot of calf stretches, but the calf stretches With both hands on the wall Bend one leg in front of your hips and bring the other leg back while keeping it straight. This is a movement that moves the hips forward so that the calf of the straight leg feels like it is stretching, and it is good for treating knee pain.

 

Finally, I also tried knee braces to treat my knee pain. They were uncomfortable at first, but they became soft and stretchy. I use knee pads to stabilize my knees and support my muscles when I move, so I wear them when I do outdoor activities. I got help with my knee pain.
