After being examined at the hospital for fainting symptoms, I changed my eating habits and lifestyle.

I have fainted twice in my life, and the prodromal symptoms before fainting included a pounding headache, difficulty breathing, a feeling of fullness in my ears, and a sudden loss of strength as if my pulse had stopped. My vision also became blurry, and at one point, everything in front of my eyes went dark. When I fainted and woke up, people told me I had collapsed. So I went to the hospital for an electrocardiogram, arrhythmia tests, and a CT scan. Since there was no history of serious heart disease or family history, I was relieved to hear that my risk was low, but I was told I could faint again, so I completely changed my eating and lifestyle habits.

Although the times I fainted twice were not long, I suddenly collapsed and once I was severely injured in a secondary accident. Since childhood, my blood pressure has been lower than normal, and when I overexerted myself, I experienced chest pain, so I was not supposed to engage in strenuous exercise or lifestyle. When I occasionally felt that my heartbeat was different from usual, I had to be especially careful, but in social life, it was inevitable that I would push myself repeatedly. The warning signs before fainting included a pounding headache, difficulty breathing, muffled ears, and a sudden loss of strength as if my pulse had stopped. My vision also became blurry, and at one point, everything went dark in front of my eyes, but I fainted and when I woke up, people said I had collapsed. So I went to the hospital and underwent examinations for possible causes of fainting, including heart-related issues, blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, and vascular problems. After checking an electrocardiogram, arrhythmia, and CT scans, and finding no serious heart history or family history, I was relieved that my risk was low, but I was still scared and afraid because I could faint again.

The doctor said that the causes of fainting are varied, but when fatigue is excessively high or stress is severe, the likelihood of fainting increases, so it is recommended to get six hours of sleep a day and pay attention to lifestyle habits. Additionally, when investigating the causes of fainting, it was advised to be cautious of tension or stiffness in the neck muscles. The neck blood vessels, especially increased intracranial pressure, can cause problems with head blood circulation, and at that time, the heart may overexert itself to maintain blood circulation, leading to symptoms such as palpitations, chest pain, and difficulty breathing.

After being examined at the hospital for fainting symptoms, I changed my eating habits and lifestyle.

So I regularly do exercises and massages to loosen my neck muscles, and I also consistently take Jongkundang Health ProMega RTG Omega-3, Vitamin D. Omega-3 fatty acids can help with blood circulation and vascular health management, and they are said to improve heart function. Additionally, Vitamin B12 and folate play important roles in blood formation, so I take Nature Made Vitamin B12 1000mg. I also eat a low-sodium diet and am always cautious about my food intake.
