It's been quite a while since I started taking ViviLab low-molecular collagen before bed. I'm not sure exactly, but I think it was around the beginning of this year. I usually take it to improve my skin, but honestly, I haven't seen much of a difference even after taking it consistently, so I'm wondering if I should stop. Has anyone seen any effects from taking collagen? I'm wondering if I should try switching to something else.
