Temu? Can't I just filter out the ads before sending?

I'm not sure lately, but it seems like Temu? There are constantly uncomfortable ads appearing, I wonder if you monitor ads for women's underwear like T-pants. It seems that people interested in health mainly use it... I think many of them are older age groups as well. Maybe it's just me, but I find it really embarrassing and uncomfortable. I can't use the app anywhere—on the bus, at home, or on the street. If I delete my account, that's it, but I wonder if they are aware or unaware, and I think it would be better to filter these ads.
