Sometimes I wake up from sleep with a stabbing pain on the inside of my elbow and forearm, along with weakness in my hand that makes it hard to lift my arm.
It's not the kind of pain that causes cramping.

It's really awkward to go to the hospital because it lasts about 5-10 minutes at that moment, then gets better again, and the pain that comes back after a few months when you forget about it.
