Can orthodontic treatment be done regardless of age?

Should I say that my upper front teeth are a bit crooked?

Because it's not neat.

It's not very uncomfortable, but still, having straight teeth is better.

When I see friends who had braces when they were students, they seem to be very uncomfortable.

They find it uncomfortable because food gets stuck in the braces.

If you're not careful, it seems like your gums might bleed.

I am also considering trying partial orthodontic treatment only for the front teeth if it's possible.

It's not significantly misaligned even now, so there's no problem.

I think I would choose not to do it if it's uncomfortable or painful, but I'm still curious.
