Today, I would like to share ways to address dyslexia.

These days, I realize that many adults also suffer from dyslexia more than I thought.

Because they don't have much time to read and are exposed to digital media more often, it seems to be a period where their adaptation to written and spoken language is more behind compared to other generations.

You might say, "What's the problem with dyslexia...!"

If you have dyslexia, you may have difficulty reading.

You may experience difficulties when making mistakes while handling tasks related to writing at work.

And when I converse with people, I may sometimes be unable to understand what the other person is saying due to dyslexia.

Words are an extension of writing.

You need to understand the text; in other words, you shouldn't have dyslexia, so you can receive a lot of help when communicating with others.

Recently, it has become very important to overcome dyslexia in order to communicate effectively with others!

I also had adult dyslexia, but I would like to introduce three methods that have greatly improved my condition.

 

❤️ The first method is!!

It is to improve understanding of pronunciation and phonemes by reading aloud. In other words, it is studying the text.

I read aloud to primarily study sound!

And by reading aloud, you can improve your pronunciation, enhance your understanding of phonemes, and increase your overall comprehension of Korean characters.

Improving your understanding of Korean characters will make reading faster.. And through the process of increasing speed, your ability to comprehend the content of the text will also improve.

This way, you will be able to receive great help in reducing the symptoms of dyslexia.

It is to check and resolve any other mental disorders through self-assessment or consultation with a professional.

Dyslexia is also closely related to my concentration and my learning habits.

Therefore, if you have mental health conditions such as adult ADHD or concentration difficulties, it is necessary to receive treatment for these issues.

I also thought it was strange, so I visited the hospital to get it checked!

I received counseling results indicating low concentration.

It is not something to be ashamed of, but I received treatment to improve my concentration because of it, and my increased focus greatly helped me in treating my dyslexia.

Dyslexia is closely related to my learning habits and various mental illnesses.

Therefore, if I am suffering from a mental illness, it might be a good idea to address that issue first.

It is about increasing the time spent becoming familiar with writing through reading.

To improve reading comprehension and eliminate dyslexia, you need to become familiar with the text.

If you read to become familiar with writing, you will be exposed to it a lot!

As exposure increases, you will have more time to understand the content of the text.

If this happens, by investing time, my comprehension will improve, and the symptoms of dyslexia will gradually decrease.

Dyslexia can be overcome through countless efforts.

By keeping close to books, there is an effort to get close to words, and I believe that I can definitely treat dyslexia, which is a skill related to words.

    그런데 니ㅣ이드니 혼자사는 노인들도대화상대도 없고 노안으로 책 접하기도 힘들다보니 그럴수 잏다고 봐요
