What is the best procedure to remove blemishes?

I received IPL because I heard it's good for blemishes and skin tone...

 

Maybe it's because I'm getting older, but I don't think it's that great.

 

Looking in the mirror... Is it a blemish... or a spot... ㅡㅡ;;

 

What kind of procedure would be good~

    잡티는 사실 시술 받아도 큰 효과가 없더라고요
예방을 미리..썬크림으로 하는게 나아요 ㅠㅠ

      역시 그랫군요... 상당실장님이 효과가 있다고 해서 받긴했는데.. 역시나 였어요..
썬크림을 일년 사계절 빼먹지 않고 바르는데도... ㅠㅠ
