I'm worried these days because my heart hurts and I sometimes have trouble breathing.

Lately, I've been feeling very stressed and anxious, and it's been tough. Sometimes, I suddenly get a heart attack, and it's so excruciating that I can't move. My heart rate also increases, and I have difficulty breathing. Sometimes, I can't move, and I'm left frozen. This happens every now and then, and even though I try to avoid it, I can't control it because of various things, and it's troubling.

심리적인 현상 때문일 수도 있고 공황장애의 일종일 수도 있구요..

    심장이 아프고 통증도 있으시고 숨쉬기도 어렵다면 바로 병원에 가셔야 할거 같아요 
스트레스가 원인이고 심장에는 문제가 없다면 공황장애의 증상일 수 있어요 
심장질환일 경우 지체없이 병원 가서 검진 받으시는게 필요해요 얼른 나으시기 바랍니다
공황장애는 극심한 불안 공포가 몰려오고 심장 두근거림 숨막힘 통증이 나타나고 10분 이내 증상이 최고조가 되는데요 이럴때 복식호흡 하시고 휴식을 취해야 해요 
협심증 부정맥 등 심장질환도 연관이 있으니 진료가 필요할거 같아요
