El queso ricotta

Con queso blanco suave y cremoso,

Originalmente, se calienta el suero que se obtiene al hacer otro tipo de queso.

Contiene una gran cantidad de diversos nutrientes, incluyendo proteínas.

Tiene la propiedad de promover el crecimiento de huesos y músculos, estimular la circulación sanguínea y fortalecer la inmunidad.
