Poor Beef Story

Are you forcing yourself to eat tasteless or hard peaches? If you put peaches in water and boil them vigorously, you can enjoy them deliciously for a long time. Today, I will share a peach syrup recipe that makes even tasteless peaches more delicious.
Preparing peaches

First, prepare the peaches. The firmer or less flavorful peaches are better. Peaches that are already flavorful are best enjoyed as raw fruit.

Wash the peaches thoroughly in water before removing the skin. Since peach fuzz and pesticide residues may be present, it's best to wash them thoroughly.

Please cut the peaches, with all the skin removed, into large pieces. If they are too small, it may be inconvenient to eat.
Boil vigorously in boiling water

Put all the sliced peaches into the pot. Then pour in enough water to cover them. Make sure to check how much water you have added.
And please add water in a 3:1 ratio of water to sugar. I added 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar.

When boiling, bring to a vigorous boil over high heat. Once it starts boiling vigorously, continue boiling for an additional 3 minutes. Keep removing the rising foam continuously.
You should prepare a large enough pot to boil water so that it doesn't overflow when making peach jam. Also, the water won't splatter in all directions.
Stored in a heat-resistant container

Boiled peaches should be washed thoroughly and placed in a heat-resistant container with all moisture completely removed. First, put each piece of flesh in, then pour water. It is best to add the peaches while they are still hot to ensure a perfect seal.

After tightly closing the lid, store the bottle upside down as shown in the picture. This way, the inside of the bottle will be in a vacuum state, allowing it to be stored for a long time.

When you open the jar after the peach has cooled, you should hear a popping sound. And when you eat the peach, it is soaked in sugar water, making it sweet and tender.

If stored in a regular refrigerator, it can be kept for a long time. However, once the lid is opened and a popping sound is heard, consume it within 3 days.
