I changed my toothbrush, toothpaste, and brushing technique and my gingivitis was cured.

It wasn't like that before, but one day, I started feeling sensitive teeth when I ate or chewed. As the sensitivity worsened, I began to feel discomfort when eating. From then on, I researched various treatments for my sensitivity, changed my toothbrush, toothpaste, and even my brushing technique. After about six months of dedicated efforts, my sensitivity was significantly reduced.

At first, I didn't pay much attention to it because it was just a slight toothache, but it got worse and became really uncomfortable to eat and drink. Every time I ate, I started to feel a pang of anxiety, so I decided to do something to treat my tooth sensitivity, and I went to the dentist. However, the dentist said they didn't know the exact cause.

So, I personally researched various information on how to treat gingivitis, and found that improper brushing or excessive consumption of acidic foods can wear down tooth enamel and cause gingivitis. So, to treat gingivitis, I changed my toothbrush and brushing method.

I used to use a toothbrush with thick, firm bristles, but to prevent damage to my enamel and to treat my sensitivity, I switched to a thin, double-fine bristled toothbrush. Also, I used to brush my teeth vigorously, but to treat my sensitivity, I changed to a gentle, sweeping motion, from the gumline to the tips of my teeth.

I changed my toothbrush, toothpaste, and brushing technique and my gingivitis was cured.

And I changed the toothpaste to one that helps treat gingivitis by creating a protective film on the exposed dentin.

I changed my toothbrush, toothpaste, and brushing technique and my gingivitis was cured.

And the last thing I did to treat my lice was that I used to drink a lot of carbonated drinks, but I heard that consuming acidic foods causes lice, so I almost stopped drinking carbonated drinks.

I tried to treat my sensitivity by changing my toothbrush, toothpaste, and brushing method. Little by little, the sensitivity began to subside, and after about six months, it was almost completely gone. I plan to continue to diligently take care of my teeth.
