(Diabetes Exercise) No matter how much I walk, my blood sugar doesn't go down. Is there a good exercise method?

Q. No matter how much I walk, my blood sugar doesn't go down. Is there a good exercise method?

A. Try to improve the quality of your muscles.

While aerobic exercise should be the foundation, strength training is also essential.

Walking is a representative aerobic exercise.

If your blood sugar levels don't easily decrease despite walking diligently, strength training may be necessary.

Because the better the quality of the muscle, the more effectively glucose is utilized.

Doing 10 minutes of bare-handed exercises, 30 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength training, and 10 minutes of stretching in that order is the best.

If it is difficult to do various exercises every day, I recommend cycling.

You can see the benefits of aerobic exercise while effectively strengthening your lower body muscles.

Cycling helps strengthen the lower body muscles, as about 70% of our body's muscles are concentrated in the lower body.

Blood sugar lowering exercise

Recommended cardio + strength, cycling is a prime example.

Don't overexert yourself.

It's important to start slowly.
