I received the HiloWave treatment, but initially I was not feeling well and felt dizzy. I received a prescription for weight loss, and the doctor kindly consulted with me. They didn't over-treat at all and rather advised me not to rush into losing weight. This helped me decide to aim for just 2 kg a month and take it slow. At first, after taking the medication, I found it hard to sleep at night and felt slightly dizzy, but it seems like that was just in the beginning; I adjusted later on.
