A few years ago, every autumn and winter, I would get severe hives on my arms. I thought it was psoriasis and diligently applied lotion, but this year it worsened, so I went to the hospital, and it turns out it's not psoriasis but atopic dermatitis. I thought atopy was only an allergy that affects children, but to think it can also occur at the age of nearly fifty... Anyway, if I hadn't gone to the hospital, I would have had a tough time.
