I came in because my front teeth were crooked, and the staff was friendly and the treatment room is clean!

The hospital is clean and nice. They provided clear explanations, and the procedure went well. My dental treatment was very effective.

I received scaling and a gum condition assessment. From check-in to guidance, the flow was straightforward, so even though it was my first visit, it wasn't difficult, and the waiting time was relatively short. Before the scaling, an X-ray was taken to check the condition of my gums, and I was able to receive an explanation of which areas had inflammation. During the procedure, the staff continuously checked for any discomfort, which helped to ease my tension, and the scaling was relatively gentle. However, since anesthesia was not used, there was some discomfort in the more sensitive areas of my gums. After the procedure, I received brief instructions on how to brush my teeth and precautions to take, and there were no excessive recommendations for additional treatments. Overall, I got the impression of a clean and basic dental clinic that is committed to fundamental care, although the explanations were a bit fast-paced, and I had to ask questions separately for clarification.
