The doctor here is really good at fillers. They always pay close attention to my concerns and work through them with me, which makes me really satisfied. I've been coming here consistently for a few years now, and I recently had wrinkle fillers and a cute smile procedure, and the results are always satisfying. However, during this visit, I was attended to by a coordinator instead of the usual manager, and there was some misunderstanding in the communication process. Instead of understanding the patient's perspective, their tone seemed defensive and emotional, which made me uncomfortable. Especially the phrase, 'Then how would you like it to be done?' was upsetting and left me feeling displeased. This was my first time feeling uncomfortable with staff during my years of visits, so I felt even more disappointed. I am always satisfied with the procedures and willing to keep coming back, but I definitely think the communication from that coordinator needs improvement.

The doctor is very meticulous and thorough in their examination, and they are very kind. The hospital facilities are clean and comfortable.

I went for the first time after a recommendation from an acquaintance, and everyone was very friendly. The doctor explained everything well, so I recommend getting a consultation here! ^^ The facilities are nice and clean, and I plan to visit again next time.
