It’s Me Medical Clinic is a large and well-equipped facility, true to its reputation as a network hospital~^^ The interior is neat, and the waiting area and flow of movement are organized systematically, making it feel like a well-managed clinic upon my first visit~ The process from registration to consultation is smooth, and overall, it’s definitely a efficiently run hospital. However, personally, I didn’t find it to be a very warm hospital^^;;;; Although the staff is generally friendly, there is a strong sense of acting by the manual, which gives off a somewhat robotic friendliness. It’s not unfriendly at all… but there was a lack of personal connection. As someone who works in service training, I tend to notice these things^~;; The explanations for treatments and procedures cover all the necessary information accurately, but they feel very much confined to a set limit, nothing more and nothing less..ㅜㅜ For those who value facilities, size, and systems, it might be satisfying, but for someone like me who prefers a hospital with a personal touch, it may feel a bit dull~^^;;;

I was very worried since it was my first consultation for skin laser treatment, but both the manager and the doctor were very kind, so I felt confident getting the procedure done. I could feel the doctor's meticulous care, for which I am very grateful. I'm not sure about the immediate effectiveness after just one session, but I'm hopeful that it will gradually improve.
