I want to exercise frequently to manage my blood pressure.
I plan to do brisk walking exercise every other day.
When it's very cold or I'm not feeling well, I sometimes do indoor exercises.
Exercises that provide sudden bursts of strength are said to be not good for blood pressure management.
Would leaning against the wall in a semi-sitting position help with blood pressure management?
I'm curious if anyone has consistently done this exercise and seen results.
