My sleep rhythm is disrupted, so I have difficulty falling asleep and keep waking up during the night.

Yesterday, I woke up at 4:30 a.m.
I couldn't fall asleep, so I stayed awake from that moment, and my mind wasn't clear all day long.
I was in a dazed state all day long.
 
Today, I woke up around 5:30.
 
I tried to go to bed around 11 o'clock yesterday, but I couldn't fall asleep even after midnight and only managed to doze off eventually.
But I woke up again in the middle.
 
I tried not to look at the clock when I woke up in the middle of the night because I kept waking up at the same time.
I just can't fall asleep no matter how much I lie down.
I looked at my phone to see if I should play some sleep music, and it was 1:30 AM.
I played sleep music with natural sounds, but now my mind is wide awake and I can't fall asleep.

I think I listened to sleep music for over an hour.
I get up and try walking slowly...
I lay down but still can't fall asleep.
Then I got up and started walking again.
It seems I barely fell asleep after 2 o'clock.
 
But I woke up long before 6 o'clock ㅠ
It seems like my total sleep time is less than 5 hours.
Even waking up during sleep worsens the quality of sleep.
 
I'm very tired during the day, but I'm worried I won't sleep well at night if I take a nap.
I endured all day long.
I hope I can sleep well tonight and not wake up in the middle of the night.
 
I'm so tired because I couldn't sleep properly~
My head also aches all day long~
If the pain is severe, I would even take headache medicine.
It doesn't hurt as if it will break, but my top of the head just feels tight.

They say stress is the root of all illnesses, but I didn't expect it to cause insomnia...
 
When I take sleeping pills, I feel like I become too dependent on the medication, so I prefer to overcome it through lifestyle changes whenever possible. I was about to go out for a walk, but it rained all day, so I canceled and did home workout exercises and replaced walking around the house.
They say sunlight helps you sleep better, but I couldn't even enjoy it all day.

    낮에 건강하게 운동하시고 햇빛 마니 쬐시고...
    사람들도 자주 만나고...
    밤 늦게 전자기기 덜보시고...
    낮잠은 절대 주무시지 말고...
    밤에 따듯한 우유한잔 드시고 취침요~

     저도 요즘들어  사다가 새벽에 깨서
     튀척이기 시작했어요
      원래는 아침까지 푹자곤 햇는데 
     이유를 모르겠어요
