The more food you eat, the more blood flows to the stomach, reducing the amount of oxygen reaching the brain.

 
◇Limit caffeine intake

While caffeine's stimulating effect can temporarily wake you up, the alertness diminishes over time, leading to renewed fatigue. Excessive caffeine intake should also be avoided. Overconsumption of caffeine stimulates the body's hormone secretion system and the central nervous system, causing hormonal imbalance.       다행인건 전 고기보다 야채위주로 식단이고,
      동물성 보단 식물성 단백질을 선호 하거든요
