좋은 정보 감사드립니다, 굿밤 되세요
Recently, my legs have been swollen and painful, so I looked into varicose veins.
If it can be managed before varicose veins appear, then you should do it~
Since there are preventive measures, I looked them up and am sharing them with you~^^
Maintain an appropriate body weight.
Avoid clothes or underwear that are too tight around the waist, hips, and thighs.
Regularly walking lightly or swimming exercises strengthen leg muscles and vein walls, making them effective in preventing varicose veins.
- To avoid standing for too long, it is recommended to alternate raising and lowering one leg every 2 to 3 minutes when standing for extended periods.
- Frequently bending, straightening, or rotating the legs, etc.
It helps promote venous blood circulation through exercise.
Avoid exposing your body to very hot places (saunas), and for individuals with a family history or pregnancy who are at risk of developing varicose veins, wearing high-compression stockings (pressure 25-35mmHg) as a preventive measure can be helpful.
It is recommended to reduce salt intake and prevent constipation by consuming high-fiber grains, fresh vegetables, or fruits, thereby avoiding excessive increase in abdominal pressure and preventing the development of varicose veins.
Consistently practice to prevent varicose veins^^
