There are three main ways to prevent plantar fasciitis.
Stretch before exercise, wear well-cushioned sneakers, and rest your feet to avoid straining them.

I've been having pain in the soles of my feet and heels lately.
No matter how I look at it, I think I have plantar fasciitis.
Preventing plantar fasciitis is important, but I think I'm doing something wrong.
So I did some research on plantar fasciitis.
And we also learned how to prevent plantar fasciitis.

 

First, plantar fasciitis refers to a condition in which the plantar fascia (plantar fascia) becomes inflamed.

 

Symptoms of plantar fasciitis include:
The pain is severe when you wake up in the morning and take your first steps, but it gradually improves over time.
Pain increases when walking or standing for long periods of time.
I feel pain in the heel or the center of the sole of my foot.

The causes of plantar fasciitis are as follows:

If you are obese, your weight puts more stress on your feet.
​This is when you wear shoes that are hard or lack cushioning.
If we reverse the cause, we can prevent plantar fasciitis, right?

 

Here are some ways to prevent plantar fasciitis.
Stretch before exercising.
Wear sneakers with good cushioning.
Take a break to avoid straining the soles of your feet.
Reduce the strain on your feet by adjusting your weight.
Avoid activities that require standing for long periods of time.

 

After looking into ways to prevent plantar fasciitis, I think the pain is caused by my shoes.
