My healthy meal is meat and vegetable stew.

I usually don't consume enough vegetables rich in dietary fiber, so I eat meat and vegetable stew, which allows me to eat a variety of vegetables.

Usually enjoyed as shabu-shabu, and also enjoyed as steamed vegetables.

The advantage of vegetable steaming is that the cooking method is simple and the ingredients can be made with ingredients already available at home.

You can choose between pork or beef.

I added king oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, and carrots at home.

It's also good to add ingredients like host or napa cabbage and bok choy.

Put all the ingredients into the pot, add a little water, and steam for about 10 minutes to complete the dish.

I dipped it in chili sauce and ate it.

You can make and eat soy sauce based on the symbols.

I recommend this menu because you can eat a lot of vegetables and it is easy to digest.

    고기는 구워먹는것 보다 쪄 먹으면 훨씬 건강하게 먹을 수 있다더군요. 거기에 야채까지 곁들이면 최고네요~~

      고기는 수육이나 찜으로 먹는게 좋다고 하죠.
      구워먹는게 더 맛있긴 하지만요.
      이렇게 해줘도 아이들도 잘 먹어줘서 좋아요.

      재료만 있으면 요리도 간단하고 건강도 챙겨서 좋은거 같아요.
      냉장고 재료 소진할때도 좋은 메뉴에요.

    야채찜으로 먹으면 야채를 더 편하게 많이 섭취할 수 있을 거 같아요~
    고기랑 먹으면 맛도 좋겠네요
