My own healthy homemade yogurt.
My mother makes yogurt using the bacteria she received from an acquaintance.
There is no special machine; just put the milk in a container and leave it at room temperature for about a day.
They said it's a good strain brought from overseas, but I don't really know the name or the type, haha.
It tastes just as good as unsweetened yogurt sold in stores, so it's delicious to eat on its own, and adding just a little frozen blueberries makes it sweet and tasty.
You can also add fruit syrup or jam.
And I also have fresh pine nuts from Gapyeong, and it's really great to add and eat them^^
Low-fat milk is not suitable. If you are lactose intolerant, your stomach might hurt a bit, but haha, our family eats this and has regular bowel movements, lol.
