Is lens implantation surgery the best option for presbyopia?

I am a man in my mid-50s, and I have developed presbyopia; over the past few years, close-up and small texts have started to appear blurry.
Due to the nature of my job, I often travel for work and work in dark places while looking at small text. It used to be no problem before, but now sometimes I can't see clearly because it appears blurry.
Since my job involves electrical control, making a mistake during wiring could cause serious problems, so I am more concerned about it.
The slower work pace and decreased efficiency caused by thoroughly checking blurry images before proceeding are even bigger problems.
However, I heard from a friend about lens implantation surgery, and it doesn't require cutting the cornea, plus it's said to be very effective.
If lens implantation surgery is an effective procedure for presbyopia, can I also receive coverage through private insurance?

저는 시력이 안좋았는데 백내장진단받아 좀 특이하게 인공수정체 삽입수술을 했어요. 거의 천만원정도로 비용이 비쌌지만 오래전 들어놓은 실비적용이 다행히 되었구요. 그런데 요새 가입하는 실비는 백내장수술 적용이 안된다고 하니 종학님이 가입한 실비보험에 적용이 되나 문의 꼭 해보세요. 하지만 일반 렌즈삽입술은 실비적용 안됩니다. 전 백내장 진단받아서 인공수정체 수술로 처방해서 가능했구요. 나이가 40세중반이 넘으면 거진 다 백내장 진단이 나오더라구요. 수술하고 담날부터 잘보였구요. 하지만 빛번짐이나 안구충혈증상이 1-2년은 좀 심했어요. 지금은 수술한지 4년차인데 아주 편안하고 인공눈물도 더이상 넣지 않습니다. 밤에 운전하는것도 별 불편함이 없어요. 현재 52세입니다. 그런데 아주 가까운건 흐릿하게 보이는 단점이 있네요. 그건 첨에 교정할때 맞추기 나름이에요. 노안도 가능한 렌즈삽입술이 있는건 아는데 그 역시 실비보험은 안될겁니다. 잘 하는 안과가서 정확히 문의해봐주세요.
