Tot contains abundant fucoidan, a dietary fiber that helps reduce stress and improve blood circulation. It also contains a component called fucoxanthin. This is rich in the sticky parts of seaweed and has effects such as preventing obesity, delaying aging, and regulating blood sugar levels. Additionally, it is high in iron, making it suitable for anemia patients, and it helps with low-calorie diets.

If seaweed does not suit your taste, you can also maintain blood health through other types of seaweed. Brown seaweed is a good example.
