Just in case someone needs it.

 

Collect clean onion skins

Soak it in water for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Put it in a pot and boil for about 20 to 30 minutes, then let it cool.

I simply put it in an electric kettle, boiled it, let it sit for about an hour, and then poured it into a water container.

I think you can boil onion peel tea in whichever way is most comfortable for you.

It is also added when making dasit water, but if you add too much, it can have a slightly bitter taste.
