Acorn jelly good for diabetes
This is my husband's story of overcoming diabetes, which has lasted for over 20 years.
After retirement, through consistent exercise and diet, the current blood sugar level has decreased from 9.2 to 6.8.
I think that since 4-6 is the standard, it might get better soon.
These days, I mainly enjoy acorn jelly as a late-night snack.
50 grams of acorn powder
400ml of water
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix well and wait for about 30 minutes.
When stirring in one direction over medium heat, you can see a clumping shape. At this point, add about 2 tablespoons of perilla oil.
Stir in one direction for about 5 minutes until it becomes transparent.
Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
After turning off the fire, wait about 10 minutes before rechecking.
Pour a little water into the bowl, let it sit until it hardens... haha
When you need a late-night snack
Adding a little sesame oil while eating can help you feel full and also aid in the elimination of waste products.
