The phone consultation was extremely friendly, and when I arrived, the staff member told me about the necessary areas without being overly pushy.
Before starting the procedure, the nurse guided me after applying the numbing cream; I donโt know her name, but I felt very comfortable thanks to her.
I was a bit nervous since it was my first time, and although it hurt a little, she helped me stay calm and reassured me that it wouldnโt be that bad.
She also communicated well with the doctor about which areas I wanted to be treated and where I needed more care.
The doctor proceeded quickly since I was being brave, and it was over in less than 10 minutes.
I recovered quickly, and I am extremely satisfied with my skin now ^^

I had a laser toning treatment at the clinic, and I am really satisfied without any regrets!
From the reception to the procedure, the staff were consistently kind, and they carefully assessed my skin condition during the initial consultation, suggesting a toning program that perfectly addressed my concerns (melasma, blemishes, dullness). Throughout the treatment, they kept asking about my level of pain and made me feel comfortable, which helped me relax during the procedure.
The best part was that there was almost no waiting time! As soon as I arrived at my appointment, I was guided straight to the treatment room, so I waited less than 5 minutes. This is truly the best for busy professionals! ๐ญ
As for the results after the treatment... Wow, I could feel my skin brightening from the very next day! Overall, my tone brightened by one or two shades, the previously dull skin texture became smooth, and it felt transparent from within. Especially, the blemishes faded, and my skin looked more even, so even with light makeup, I looked beautiful. There was almost no redness or dryness, so I could get back to my daily life without worrying about recovery time.
The clinic itself was clean and private, which was nice, and the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. The effectiveness compared to the price was definite, so I scheduled another visit for next month! I highly recommend it to those considering toningโit really will not be a regret!
