Are nasal fillers the safest option for rhinoplasty?

My nose bridge is so low that it almost doesn't exist. Can I revive it with nose filler?

 

And what's worrying is that even plastic surgeons don't recommend getting a nose job.

 

People who want to make their nose higher because their nose bridge is low like mine can get cartilage inserted.
