Can one chin filler change the shape of my face?

Has anyone had a chin filler procedure done by any chance?!

 

My face shape is too round, so I was worried about what to do.

 

Then, a close friend told me that there is such a thing as chin filler and recommended it.

 

My sister recommended chin fillers, so I thought I should look into it.

 

It definitely seemed like there was quite a significant difference in face shape between getting chin fillers and not getting them.
