Can one chin filler change the shape of my face?

Has anyone ever had chin filler treatment?!

 

I was worried about what to do because my face shape is too round.

 

Then, a close friend of mine told me that she recommended chin filler.

 

My sister recommended chin filler, so I looked into it.
