[Concern] I am curious about breast fat grafting surgery.

After having a baby, my breasts actually got bigger.

It was almost like a cliff originally, but surprisingly, my breasts also grew as I gained weight. (But I am always an A cup.)

However, the problem is that the shape of the chest has become saggy.

So, I became interested in chest surgery.

I only knew the method of inserting implants as I always had.

I also learned about local transplantation through this opportunity.

I've heard of a few cases where implants were inserted, but I haven't encountered any cases of fat grafting yet.

I have some questions.

 

I am curious because all surgeries have side effects and are something we should consider first.

 

1. Size and shape after surgery: Fat grafting surgery is said to increase the size by only one cup size.

I heard that multiple surgeries are needed to increase cup size. I'm curious about how much the size can be increased.

And while implants are unnatural but somewhat shaped, I am curious about how the shape is formed with fat grafting surgery.

 

2. Calcification: When talking about breast fat grafting surgery, the biggest side effect mentioned is calcification. It is said that once calcification occurs, it cannot be distinguished from breast cancer on an X-ray. I am curious about how to resolve side effects related to calcification.

 

They say that because it looks more natural compared to implants, many people opt for fat grafting surgery.

There aren't many surgeries around here yet, so I have many questions.
