It doesn't seem to be varicose veins, but my legs are swelling too much and cramping;;;
Recently, there has been a little fluid buildup in my knee.
The worse thing than knee pain is that from just above the knee all the way down to the foot, my leg keeps swelling up.
When you touch it, it feels very firm and you also get a tingling sensation as if electricity is passing through.
My comfortable sneakers have become so tight that my toes are swollen and painful.
Tight-fitting pants I wore in the morning are so tight around my calves by evening that I can't even wear them anymore.

Clear remnants of the sandals left behind;; haha. The vein on the left foot was swollen so it wouldn't show, but it doesn't seem to be as noticeable as I thought;;;
It's my left calf... It's really swollen and hard, and when I press on it, it doesn't press down easily.
The thigh just above the knee is also swollen, but it doesn't look much different in the photo;; it's originally a thick leg;;;;;
I have cartilage softening in my knee, and on top of that, there's swelling, so I experience slight pain when walking. The doctor said I can continue with my usual exercises, so I am still doing my personal training at the gym.
Even though my basic strength isn't good, when I do lower body exercises, my knees don't hurt particularly more during the workout, but I get really sore in my thigh muscles.
My thigh muscles don't support me, and my knees hurt, so I think the pain gets worse when I walk.

After exercising, I make sure to use a foam roller thoroughly, massage with warm water, and when I sleep, I slightly elevate my legs. Since I'm not the type to sleep straight, turning over makes the elevated leg uncomfortable.
Suddenly getting a cramp in my leg when I try to change position while sleeping;;;
A completely scary mouse;; Meowing doesn't help at all;;;
Suddenly get up, twist my big toe and feel pain, then massage my calf, and eventually sleepiness goes away;;;

How can I relieve the constant swelling and pain in my calves?
Is there no other way but to keep kneading and loosening it?

Oh, and a few days ago, I foolishly went up Ap Mountain with this leg condition. It's really just a small hill like Ap Mountain... While climbing, suddenly my wrist itched?? I thought I got bitten by a mosquito.
It was so swollen that I thought I had been stung by a bee;;;
When I got home, I wonder if my wrist ended up in that condition???
I tend to bruise easily and wounds don't heal quickly due to my constitution, but I thought I was bitten by a mosquito because of the swelling like that. It was like this for about 2-3 days, but now it's gotten better.
I even felt like my arm was suddenly weak for no reason.
Was that not a mosquito but another bug?
Anyway, I was worried, but fortunately it started to subside after three days, and now only a slight bruise remains~
