Treatment of varicose veins through regular exercise and nutritional supplement intake

Due to long hours of sitting or standing, my leg blood circulation was always poor. My legs would often ache, swell, and sometimes cramp even while sleeping, so I made efforts to treat varicose veins. By avoiding the same posture for extended periods, regularly stretching, and taking supplements that aid blood circulation, my varicose vein symptoms have now improved, and I have achieved some level of treatment for varicose veins.

First, to treat varicose veins, I avoided standing or sitting in the same position and performed stretching exercises such as raising and lowering my heels while standing. I also wore compression stockings to help send venous blood from the legs to the heart, which clearly reduced swelling and cramping symptoms in the morning. Additionally, placing cushions or pillows under the legs to elevate them above the heart helped lower venous pressure and was beneficial for treating varicose veins.

Secondly, I made it a habit to eat bland food instead of salty foods to treat varicose veins. I also started regular exercise, walking 10,000 steps daily and stretching, which improved blood circulation and strengthened my leg muscles, benefiting the treatment of varicose veins. Using the calf muscles extensively to push blood upward helped alleviate symptoms of varicose veins, so these lower body exercises were very helpful in treating the condition.

Third, I also took supplements that help with varicose vein treatment. First, I took Chonatokinaise 6000 FU Natokinase, and as I continued to take it regularly, I felt that my heavy and stiff legs gradually became softer and the pain decreased. Then, I took Ilyang Pharmaceutical's Premium Ginkgo Magna-in, a ginkgo leaf extract supplement that helps improve blood circulation, and by taking it consistently, I saw positive effects on my varicose vein treatment.
