Friend's vasectomy experience and hospital review
I'm 29 years old... and my friend has somehow become a father of triplets. Recently, after giving birth to the triplets, he decided he couldn't have more children! He said he was going to get a vasectomy, thinking he might do it in the future anyway, so I listened to his story and even went along to see it. He said it cost about 300,000 won for about two months, and he said it was very painful. He underwent local anesthesia and laser surgery at the same time, so he said it didn't hurt much at the time.
When I was around 22 years old (about 7 years ago..?), I received a wedding invitation from a friend who had gone to the military, and it was about him getting married because they were having children (!). I thought it was a bit early, but since I also went through the military, I realized it later on.
I became the father of triplets.. I thought he was patriotic and cool, but recently a friend opened up and talked to me. He said he discussed with his wife and decided to get a vasectomy.
Well... these days, with the high cost of living, I suddenly thought that raising triplets on a single income must be really tough. So I wondered if they wouldn't get sick often. I don't think tying the tubes is enough to prevent that. These days, vasectomies are done with laser. If you've already decided, wouldn't it be better to just do it with laser? Instead of having the tie come undone and needing another vasectomy, it seems better to just go ahead with the laser. I comforted my friend like that... haha
My friend who looked so serious was so funny and interesting that I decided to follow him, haha. I forced myself to go along...
Wow...
Consultation -> Lesion hair removal -> Local anesthesia -> Surgery
They proceeded in order. The price was roughly around 300,000 won... not too bad, I think, and they decided to go with laser treatment (!)
There was a message telling my friend to lie down in a place like this, so I was outside.
I hear that you will tell me later...
Um... I heard it felt like they made small incisions on both sides and then used a laser to burn it away.
Maybe because of local anesthesia... They said it didn't hurt much, but there was still a bit of a burning smell.
(For example... uh... hmm... with eggs...)
After finishing, I was told to come frequently for disinfection, and now... I left the hospital with my friend who became seedless watermelon.
I received a prescription for antibiotic ointment and various other medications.
They said that was the most painfully they had ever experienced when removing the stitches.
When the day comes for me to do it later, my friend says they'll go with me... Isn't that truly a tear-jerking friendship... I think haha.
He has been suffering terribly for two months... I'm also worried.
