In summer, even if I drank a lot of water, I didn't go to the bathroom that often, probably because I excreted a lot through sweat.
But since it got cold, I have to go to the bathroom very often.
I drink about one glass of water or tea between meals, and I also have about one cup of nutritional supplements after meals.
Even though I don't drink water more often than in summer, I feel like I need to go to the bathroom once every hour.
I saw someone else's concern about overactive bladder, and I wonder if I have the same issue.
It wouldn't be good to go to the bathroom too often, would it?
Is there a problem with my bladder?
