What is cystitis?

Symptoms of cystitis

Causes of cystitis

Even immediately after sexual intercourse, a bladder infection can occur.

The reason for getting cystitis
I am working in the service industry and have acute cystitis.
I got a job in the service industry right after graduating from university.
I have been working in the service industry continuously until now.
When I worked at a large store, there were many colleagues, so it was easy to go to the bathroom.
The place I worked at so far was a store with a high turnover rate.
There were many customers and staff, so I worked without worrying about the bathroom at all.
I had to change jobs due to a situation that arose while working there.
Currently, I am working alone at a small store, which is the opposite of before.
Since I work alone here, I can't leave my post carelessly.
The day I end up eating at the store is hellㅠㅠ
When guests come, I can't even eat properly or use the bathroom properly.
I can't comfortably take care of my errands, and even if I go to do them, I have to wait until the customer leaves before I can go...
I always had to hold my urine and workㅠㅠ
Perhaps it was because the irritation to the bladder gradually increased.
Every time I urinate, I feel pain and don't feel relieved after urinating.
I had to do something extremely uncomfortable.

Four methods used to treat and manage cystitis
First, do not delay: hospital treatment & regular check-ups
I've had what seems to be a bladder infection all along, but I thought it would get better over time, so I delayed hospital treatment.
The symptoms became so severe that they interfered with my livelihood.
I received treatment even if it was late.
Now I don't do that anymore.. I get treatment without delay and also have regular check-ups.
Even if the symptoms of cystitis have completely disappeared
Lifestyle habits are something you can't ignore.
So, I go to the hospital immediately if I even feel a slight symptom!!!
Stop the second stimulating beverage and spicy food
The cause of cystitis is also vaginitis, and since Aesabi is good for vaginitis, I also enjoy drinking Aesabi beverages.
As I mentioned above... I was really, really addicted to Hot Six.

I have stopped everything now.. I really want to eat, but I'm too scared of cystitisㅠㅠ
My daily life has become so miserable that I cut everything off!!!!

Whenever I want to eat, I recall the pain of having a bladder infection.

I am eating dried cranberries, dried blueberries, and nuts as a meal replacement.

I consumed nuts with cranberries.
Sweet potatoes are also good for cystitis!! I'm also eating them lately while dieting^^
And I heard that corn silk tea is good for cystitis!
So, I am drinking water while also drinking corn silk tea.
Eating Greek yogurt for more than six months
Did you know that symptoms of cystitis or urethritis can improve?
I started buying Greek yogurt, but it costs too much.
I am making and eating Greek yogurt myself.
I am taking Greek yogurt that is good for cystitis every morning and evening~
I'm really proud and happy because my cystitis improved after changing my eating habits.
